Its NXT time and I can’t wait for the action. This week we find out who the final woman will be in the Fatal 4 Way women’s title match and TakeOver Houston. There will be a Battle Royal to determine that tonight. With that and everything else going down tonight, things are gonna get awesome. Here we go!

Tino Sabbatelli and Riddick Moss  def  Oney Lorcan & Danny Burch

Lorcan and Burch were enemies recently but with the matches they had and then the saving of each other, I guess they decided that tagging together may be just the perfect idea. The crowd goes nuts as the 2 come to the ring. Now Sabbatelli and Moss have been a team for a while and they work well together in the ring, but the 2 men they face tonight are no pushovers whatsoever. The bell rings and Lorcan and Moss start the man. Right away we get some massive forearms from Lorcsn, sending the big Moss to the mat. Burch and Sabbatelli in now and the crowd chants, “Tino sucks”. Burch gets stuck in the wrong part of town as a double team keeps him on the mat. Lorcan is on the apron, just foaming at the mouth trying to get a tag. With a bit of bobbing and weaving, Burch finally gets the tag to Lorcan and he comes in like an explosion. He didn’t get things to pay off as Sabbatelli hits Lorcan with a bulldog and wins the match for his team, Lorcan and Burch will come back for sure.

Woman’s Battle Royal for the final spot in the fatal 4 way at TakeOver Houston for the NXT women’s title

Vanessa Borne, Bianca Belair, Sage Beckett, Mercedes Martinez, Candice LeRae, Billie Kay, Taynara Conti, Lacey Evans, Sarah Logan, Zeda, Abby Laith, Aliyah, Rhea Ripley, Dakota Kai, Nikki Cross

The ring is filled with 15 women as the Battle Royal is about to begin. There are a lot of women from the Mae Young Classic in this Battle Royal as they all have stuck around NXT as the women’s title became vacant. We have some dominate women in this match so I wouldn’t be suprised if we see some pretty quick eliminations. Cross finally hits the ring and the match is underway. Conti is the first one eliminated as Cross attacked her right away because of what Conti did to her two weeks ago. Temporary alliances form in the ring as everyone is trying to throw everyone over the top. Evans is the second elimination and then Rhea Ripley and Zada right after. Dakota Kai gets thrown over by Sage Beckett. Aliyah gets eliminated next. Cross comes back in the ring and takes down the whole group of women then she throws out Vanessa Borne, Sage Beckett and Abby Laith. We are down to seven women but then Sarah Logan goes over. Candice LeRae eliminates Lacey Evans with a sweep to the legs. Cross, Kay and Martinez battle in one corner and in the other, Bianca Belair press slams Candice LeRae to the floor eliminating her next. Belair tries knocking Kay to the floor but Kay holds on to her long ponytail, climbing it like a rope, and saves herself. Belair attacks Kay with her hair using it like a whip and hitting her hard as hell. Cross and Kay goto the floor but they went through the ropes not over the top. Martinez and Belair fight in the ring and then they end up on the apron. Cross runs in the ring and takes out the two fighting on the apron. Kay tries to take Cross out but Cross saves herself and she gets Kay over the top. Nikki Cross is the fourth women in the fatal 4 way at TakeOver Houston for the NXT women’s title.

William Regal is in the ring with the NXT women’s title and all four women that are in the fatal 4 way come to the ring. Kairi Sane, Peyton Royce, Ember Moon and Nikki Cross. One of these four women will be the next NXT women’s champion.

Aleister Black  vs  ?????

The dominate Black is in action next and I’m sure he’s gonna kick the shit out of his opponent tonight. As Black heads to the ring he is attacked by Velveteen Dream. Dream ties Black up in the ropes and tells him to say his name. Black refuses so Dream slaps Black pretty hard. Dream runs at Black but Black gets a foot up and hits Dream in the face. Black gets loose and throws a Black Mass but Dream ducks it and escapes the ring. When these two finally have a match its gonna be a barn burner for sure.

Andrade Cien Almas w/Selina Vega  def  Roderick Strong

Ever since Almas hooked up with Vega he has become a different person. He’s not so cocky anymore. Vega has been trying to get an NXT title match for Almas and all he has to do is ask the NXT champion Drew McIntyre face to face but Almas just hasn’t don’t that so that’s why he hasn’t gotten a shot yet. Strong on the other hand did ask McIntyre face to face and that why he got a shot, it didn’t pay off, but he did get the match. The match starts aggressively as Strong takes control on the mat. Super hard chops slow Almas down until things go to the apron. With a backbreaker into a slamming forearm, Almas plants Strong on the hardest part of the ring. Back in the ring, Almas uses the ropes to tie Strong up in a submission. Controlling the match now, Strong sends Almas to the floor head first. Strong hits a pop up gut buster and then puts Almas in a submission using the ropes, using a page out of Almas own book. Both men are shaky on their feet and Vega screams from ringside to Almas to pick up his game. When it looks like Almas is gonna take the win, Strong finds a way to kick out and save himself. Sending Almas to the floor, Strong goes after him but Vega hits Strong with a swinging head scissor slamming Strong into the steel steps. Almas gets Strong back in the ring and hits him with a hammerlock DDT ad pins him for the win. Almas and Vega stop at the announce table and let’s McIntyre know that Almas will meet him next week. With Strong still in the ring, the Undisputed Era make their way to the ring. They try to get Strong to join them. Strong takes the arm band from Cole but what does this mean? We should find out soon enough I’m sure.

What a week this was. The Battle Royal was a damn good match and I’m glad that Nikki Cross got her chance and she ran with it. The Aleister Black and Velveteen Dream feud is heating up and I can’t wait to see them fight. On top of all of that Roderick Strong took and Undisputed Era arm band from Adam Cole. Will he join them, that would be awesome. NXT is heating up and I can’t wait for next week its gotta be killer!               Until Then!
