The WWE UK special will be airing on the WWE Network next Thursday at 9pm ET, wwenetworknews.com has reported. This has come to some disappointment for fans who thought that it would be aired live at UK night time, like the WWE UK Tournament was.

Last night’s ROH/NJPW War Of The Worlds PPV saw Adam Cole have possibly his last match in Ring Of Honor, against NJPW icon Hiroshi Tanahashi. It looks like he may be going to WWE NXT, as multiple sources have reported that WWE are interested in him. The likeliness of this was boosted after he was kicked out of the Bullet Club by new member Marty Scurll and his stable mates, The Young Bucks.

Last night’s ROH/NJPW War Of The Worlds PPV also saw NJPW present their new title, the IWGP Us Title. This will be defended in a tournament at NJPW’s first solo weekender of shows in the United States, the G1 Special on July 1st and 2nd in Long Beach, California. Jay Lethal has been announced as the first entrant into the tournament. NJPW have also confirmed via their Twitter that the IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental titles will be defended at the weekender.
